When visiting one of the world’s most popular summer resorts, it’s natural to wonder what unique experiences await on the island. The adventure begins around 9 am, as our VIP mini bus picks you up from your accommodation and sets off towards the northern part of the island. Along the way, we’ll pass by renowned beaches such as Xigia, Makris Gialos, and Agios Nikolaos.

Upon reaching the coastline, we’ll board specially designed glass-bottom boats for a cruise into the mesmerizing blue caves. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to take stunning pictures and swim in the crystal-clear waters for approximately 40 minutes. Next, we’ll switch to a high-speed yacht and reach one of the world’s most famous beaches, the Shipwreck, in just 15 minutes. You’ll have an entire hour to revel in the shades of blue and swim in the pristine waters.

Continuing our journey, we’ll head to the mountain top, where you can capture panoramic pictures of the Shipwreck beach and admire the breathtaking view for about 20 minutes, all while indulging in traditional local products. We’ll then pass by the historic St. George Monastery (1535) and picturesque villages of Zakynthos, including Exohora, where you can see the oldest olive tree on the island and capture memorable photos.

Afterwards, we’ll stop in the village of Kampi for a traditional lunch, featuring local flavors and an awe-inspiring view of the Ionian Sea from an altitude of 150 meters, for approximately an hour. Continuing towards the southern part of the island, our last stop will be at a local winery, where you can learn about the production of homemade wine and even taste some. As we make our way back, we’ll ensure you’re safely transported to your accommodation, concluding this unforgettable full-day exploration of Kefalonia with Smart Holidays.
